E.S. Payne - crab cakes
So tonight I had a few friends over, socially distancing of course and decided to try my version of vegan crab cakes, I think they came out wonderfully!!! If you were here and tasted them let me know what your thoughts are? I tried to grill them and they came out good, but I prefer them fried. Had them with some grilled Portabella steaks and a nice green salad. Bon Appetit, and have a blessed day on purpose!!!!
